Sponic Terms

Last updated: 27-10-2026

These terms apply when you access or use the Sponic app, public website, campaign tools, landing pages, wallet features, support channels, and related services. This service is operated by Vizion Estates, LLC (Sponic).

Using Sponic

Sponic is a self-service advertising app for businesses and creators who promote their own content. You create your account yourself, with a mobile phone number that is verified by a one-time code we send through a messaging provider. You agree to provide accurate account, business, campaign, payment, and contact information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Campaigns and submissions

Campaign requirements, minimum budgets, durations, review steps, and rates are shown in the app before you submit. You are responsible for owning or being authorised to promote the content you submit, and for following the content requirements attached to each campaign. Every campaign is reviewed before it runs, and we may refuse or stop a campaign that breaks the platform's advertising policies, the law, or these terms. Our approval is not a guarantee that the platform will deliver the ad, and any estimated results shown before submission are indications only.

Wallet and payments

Wallet balances are held in Iraqi Dinar and campaign budgets are converted at the rate shown when you submit. Submitting a campaign locks its budget; a campaign that is rejected, cancelled, or fails to start returns the locked amount in full, and a campaign that ends is charged the amount actually spent with the remainder returned. Deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses may require verification, payment provider processing, fraud checks, or compliance review. Sponic may delay, reject, or reverse transactions when needed to protect users, comply with law, or correct an error. Wallet balance is credit for advertising services and is refundable only as unspent balance.

Landing pages

You may create landing pages we host and use them as a campaign destination, optionally on your own domain. You are responsible for their content and for the lawfulness of any offer made on them. These pages carry a measurement pixel so campaign results can be reported. You may not use them for misleading claims, to collect payment card details, or to collect personal information beyond what your form states.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sponic for fraud, spam, harassment, unauthorized access, service disruption, illegal content, misleading campaign activity, or attempts to bypass security, payment, review, or usage limits.

Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Sponic the rights needed to host, display, review, moderate, and process that content for campaign and service operation. Sponic branding, software, design, and platform content remain owned by Sponic or its licensors.

Suspension and termination

Sponic may limit, suspend, or terminate access when an account violates these terms, creates risk for other users, or needs review. You may stop using the service at any time, withdraw unspent balance, and request account deletion through the app or support channels.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to support@sponicapp.com.

Operator and governing law

Sponic is operated by Vizion Estates, LLC, Floria City, Koya Road, Marjan Building 637, Erbil 44001, Iraq. These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. The courts of Erbil have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
